Description
Third party administrators must pay the following fees which are set by the Commissioner to cover administration costs:
- a filing fee not to exceed $1,000 for processing an application for a certificate of authority;
- a fee not to exceed $500 for an examination of the administrator's business;
- a fee not to exceed $200 for filling an annual report with the Commissioner.
