Description
Fee for each applicant for local recording agent or solicitors or risk retention group license. Fees for each appointment of a local recording agent by an insurance company. Not to exceed the following amounts:
- Local recording agent license and renewal, $20.
- Solicitor license and renewal, $20.
- Appointment fee, $16.
- Duplicate license fee, $20.
- Late fee, 1/2 original license fee.
Due Date
Expiration of license 2 years from date of issue. Department may adopt staggered renewal system.
