Description
The Department shall charge a fee as provided by Department rule for the annual registration and renewal of each brand of pesticide. Late renewal fees will be charged.
The Department may issue an experimental use permit and may charge a fee in an amount equal to the annual pesticide registration fees. $400,000 annually is deposited to the Pesticide Disposal Fund 0186.
Due Date
Registrations and licenses expire on the second anniversary of the date of approval.

Note
A dealer's license is required for each location used for distribution at a rate established by the Department.
Annual renewal and late fees are also due.
Any person desiring to be a pesticide applicator for the control of agricultural pests must be licensed. (See Revenue Code 3400.)
