Description
Fees charged for regulation of persons engaged in the operation of salvage establishments, for food, drugs, devices or cosmetics. These include fees for license application and renewal and for inspections and enforcement. Set in amounts to recover the biennial expenditure of state funds for licensing inspection and implementing the Chapter.
Civil penalties not to exceed $25,000 for each violation may be assessed (collected under Revenue Object 3717).
Administrative penalties not to exceed $25,000 per violation may be assessed (collected under Revenue Object 3770).
