Description
To record application and review fees for initial and renewal licenses from each facility treating chemically dependent persons in such amounts established by the General Appropriations Act or by rule as necessary to cover at least 50% of the costs of the licensing program.
Civil penalties not to exceed $25,000 per day of violation may be assessed (collected under Revenue Object 3717).
