Description

The Commission shall establish by rule reasonable and necessary fees for the regulation of podiatrists in amounts to produce sufficient revenue to cover administration for:

  1. Examination
  2. Re-examination
  3. License renewal
  4. Duplicate license

Late fees:

     90 days or less -- 1-1/2 times renewal exam fee;
     91 days - 1 year -- 2 times renewal fee.

Related Civil Penalties 

Civil penalties of not less than $50 or more than $500 per day. (Collected under Revenue Object 3717).

Due Date

Every one or two years as determined by rule.
