Description
To record fees set by the executive commissioner by rule for:
- non refundable application fees for child-care facilities and child-placing agencies
- initial license and renewal fees for child-care facilities and child-placing agencies
- registration and listing fees for family homes
Department may also charge a facility or family home for costs related to a corrective action plan.
Related Administrative Penalties
Administrative penalties may be assessed against a facility or family home and each day is a separate violation (collected under Revenue Object 3770).

Additional penalties are assessed for abuse, neglect or exploitation and failure to report such abuse. These penalties are deposited to GR Account 5182 - Safety Training.
