Description
A person granted community supervision under §§ 21.08, 21.11, 22.011, 22.021, 25.02, 43.25 or 43.26, Penal Code shall pay as a condition of community supervision a court required community supervision fine of $5 each month during supervision to the supervising community corrections and supervising department officer.
