Description
- The commission may charge reasonable fees to cover administrative costs of agency programs (Parks and Wildlife Code 11.027(a)).
- The commission may authorize the issue of a permit to disturb, take and carry away marl, sand, gravel, shell or mudshell when no damage will occur as a result. Permit may be issued by rule in some cases. The Commission may require a non-refundable processing fee (Parks and Wildlife Code 86.007).
- The commission may collect a fee for entering, reserving, or using a facility or property owned or managed by the department (Parks and Wildlife Code 11.027(e)).
- The commission may charge a fee for access to ownership and other records related to boats, vessels and motorboats under the Water Safety Act (Parks and Wildlife Code 31.039).
- The commission may charge a $100 fee for the reinstatement or re-issue of a hunting or fishing license to persons having the license revoked for criminal convictions, civil penalties, or failure to pay child support (Texas Administrative Code, Title 31, Part 2, Rule 53.2).
