Description
On approval and in coordination with the Governor, Department of State Health Services and Advisory Commission on State Emergency Communications may jointly enter into a contract to provide telephone referral and information services, community education programs on poison prevention methods, information and education to health professionals on management of poison and overdose victims, professional/ technical assistance to state agencies requesting toxicological assistance and consultation services on medical toxicology.
