Added in 1987 per TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. §§ 502.004, 502.051 and 502.169 . Annual license fee for all-terrain off-highway registration was $6; annual all-terrain vehicle safety fee of $6 collected at time of registration. Amended by S.B. 939, 70th Leg., R.S. Repealed by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., ch. 1280, § 6, eff. 6-15-07.
