Added in 2003 by H.B. 2971, 78th Leg. R.S. TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. § 504.308.  Special plates depicting the Distinguished Flying Cross medal and the words "Distinguished Flying Cross" are available for no additional charge over registration fee required under Chapter 502 to persons who have received the Distinguished Flying Cross medal.
