Added 1989 by H.B. 2409, 71st Leg., R.S. TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. § 504.304 (formerly § 502.261). Amended by H.B. 2971, 78th Leg. R.S. Fees of $10 for first set and $15 for additional sets repealed by H.B. 191, 80th Leg., R.S.
