Created in 2003 by H.B. 2971, 78th Leg., R.S. in TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. §504.629. 
Specialty license plates in honor of Texas PGA Junior Golf for an additional $30 fee.  $8 administrative cost to State Highway Fund (Fund 0006) and remainder to General Revenue (Fund 0001) for use only by the Parks and Wildlife Department in making grants to benefit Texas PGA Junior Golf to provide scholarships to students.  Repealed by H.B. 2357 82nd Leg., R.S. effective 1/1/12.
