The department may issue a permit for the transport of fluid milk by a six-axle tractor-trailer. Permit fee is $1,200.

Fee revenue is allocated between the State Highway Fund (75%), the Department of Motor Vehicles Fund (10%) and local county road and bridge funds (15%).
