Description

The department may issue a permit authorizing the operation of a ready-mix concrete truck. The base permit fee is $1,000.

Due Date

Annually. Determined by the department.

Notes

Added by H.B. 2741, 83rd Leg., R.S. Bill requires fee to be split between State Highway Fund (0006) and counties. This dedication was not exempted in the funds consolidation bill (H.B. 6), therefore the state portion of the fee will be deposited to General Revenue.

H.B. 2620, 86th Leg., R.S. removed fee split between Fund 0006 and counties.
