Created in 1945, by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 46c § 6. Brought into Treasury by H.B. 1623, 67th Leg., R.S. Fee charged by Commission in an amount determined by the Commission, but not less than $200, to cover cost of processing applications for certificate of operations for all air carriers. Repealed by S.B. 334, 81st Leg., R.S.
