Each motor vehicle manufacturer, distributor, dealer and for each representative. A separate license is required for each dealership.

1. Each manufacturer and distributor - $900.
2. Each individual dealer franchised by manufacturer or distributor - $20.
3. Franchised dealer’s license and vehicle lessor license based on number of vehicles sold/leased:
   1. up to 200 vehicles - $175.
   2. 201 to 400 vehicles - $275.
   3. 401 to 800 vehicles - $400.
   4. 801 to 1,200 vehicles - $500.
   5. 1,201 to 1,600 vehicles - $625.
   6. more than 1,600 vehicles - $750.
4. Franchised dealer for each location that offers no motor vehicle for sale, but performs warranty service - $100.
5. Each converter - $375.
6. Penalty - 50% of fee for each 30 days of default.
7. Lease facilitator license - $375.
8. Fee for license amendment - $25.
9. Fees for duplicate license - $50.
10. Fee for drive-a-way in-transit license - $50.
11. Fee for first year of dealer general distinguishing number - $500. Renewal - $200.

License expires one year from date of issue.
