Description


Administrative penalties may be imposed on oversized or overweight permits and on shippers not providing weight certificate or providing false weight information. Amount calculated in same manner as penalty imposed under § 643.251.

H.B. 2620, 86th Leg., R.S. expanded penalty to include failure to provide certificate.
