Description


Fees charged for the registration and handling of horticulture, including chemical and seed liens and animal feed liens. Fees shall be the same as secured party fees under § 9.525, Business and Commerce Code.

Farmer's cooperative society charter articles of incorporation filing is $10 and $25 for filing an amendment.
