Description


Prior to sale or offer for sale (including advertising) of business opportunity, seller shall register the business opportunity with the Secretary of State by filing a copy of all disclosure statements and a list of names and resident addresses of individuals who sell or will sell the business opportunity. The Secretary of State may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs incurred.
