Description


Fees for limited liability companies are identical to those charged for-profit corporations under Business Organizations Code sec. 4.152. See entry under revenue code 3133 General Business Filing Fees subtitle "For-Profit Corporations" for detail.

Fees for a registered series of limited liability company are as follows:

  • $300 for a certificate of registered series;
  • $150 for filing a certificate amendment; and
  • $40 for filing certificate termination.
