Description


The fee for filing a certificate of formation or application for registration as a foreign professional association and issuing certificate is $750.

Fees for professional associations filing any other instrument, is the same as the fee for corporations per Business and Organizations Code § 4.152. (See 3133 – General Business Filing Fees – For-Profit Corporations, for a listing of fees.)
