The board shall set the following fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administration to register a person in interior design:
Board may assess an administrative penalty based on the seriousness of the violation.
Annual renewal on date set by the board. Board may adopt staggered renewal system.
An account with the Texas Safekeeping Trust Company.
Originally deposited to the Architectural Examiners Fund Account (0109); abolished 8-31-95 per § 403.094, Government Code. Deposited to General Revenue until agency became self-directed, semi-independent.
