Created in 1949 by 51st Leg., R.S. (ch. 245, p. 453) in TEX. OCC. CODE ANN. sections 51.4011, 51.407, 51.408; sections 2501.055, 2501.057. A person desiring to operate a personnel service in this state must file notice with Commissioner and pay a filing fee set by the department for certificate of authority. Certificates expire one year from date of issue and may be renewed for a fee set by the department. For new license status of Inactive, Temporary and Emergency, fees set by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Agency 452. Fees deposited to General Revenue Fund (No. 0001).
