Description


A person may not engage in or offer professional employment services without holding a license. Each applicant for original or annual renewal license shall pay a fee set by department rule. Reasonable fees may be charged for administration and enforcement responsibilities. A license holder may amend its license for a fee set by the department. Limited license valid for one year.
