Description


A seller may not engage in telephone solicitation without certificate of registration, obtained by filing a registration statement and filing fee of $200. Separate certificate required for each business location from which solicitation is made. Registration statement effective for one year and may be renewed by filing renewal registration statement and paying a filing fee.
