Each person selling prepaid funeral benefits shall pay an examination fee in an amount set by the Finance Commission, based on the sellers total outstanding contracts and extraordinary expenses required for out-of-state investigation, if applicable. An applicant must also pay a filing fee to obtain a permit and an annual renewal fee.
