Description


 

Fee for each applicant for local recording agent or solicitors or risk retention group license. Fees for each appointment of a local recording agent by an insurance company. Not to exceed the following amounts:

  • Local recording agent license and renewal, $20.
  • Solicitor license and renewal, $20.
  • Appointment fee, $16.
  • Duplicate license fee, $20.
  • Late fee, 1/2 original license fee.


Due Date


Expiration of license 2 years from date of issue. Department may adopt staggered renewal system.
