Description


The department may charge each agent or officer of title insurance for original/renewal licenses the following fees, not-to-exceed:

  •  Title company agent $50.
  •  Escrow officer $50.
  •  Duplicate license fee $20.
  •  Direct operation license $50.
  •  Late fee ½ of original license fee.

The department may charge a separate appointment fee for escrow officers employed by more than one agent.



Due Date


Department may adopt staggered renewal system. Title agencies, direct operations and escrow officers renew every 2 years from date of issuance.
