Commissioner shall set and collect reasonable fees in amounts determined by the commissioner for filing fees, preparation of certificates of fact, certified copies, maps, reproduction of maps and sketches, Spanish translations, patents, correcting patents, deeds of acquaintance and other miscellaneous services, including but not limited to shipping in a mailing tube and typed transcriptions or typed copies of tapes or other sound recordings.
