Description


Veteran may select a particular tract of land for which the Veterans' Land Board shall pay no more than $60,000, but may pay more if the veteran pays the portion of the purchase price in excess of the board's agreed amount. Sale price may include expenses/fees provided in §§ 161.069, 161.070, 161.175. Veteran may qualify for a mortgage loan under the Veterans' Housing Assistance Act.
