The University of Texas System Board of Regents has sole and exclusive management and control of lands set aside, appropriated to or acquired by the Permanent University Fund. The board may sell, lease and otherwise manage, control and use lands in any manner at prices and under terms/conditions the board deems best for interest of Permanent University Fund, not in conflict with the Constitution. No grazing lease can be made for more than 10 years.
