Created 1989 under Health and Safety Code, Sec. 402.094. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality may lease land owned by the commission that is not part of a licensed low-level radioactive waste disposal site. Land leased by the commission under this section may be used only for agricultural, ranching or grazing purposes. Repealed by H.B. 1567, 78th Leg., R.S.
