Created 1987 by H.B. 1459, 70th Leg., R.S. under Water Code 13.4521 and 13.4522. Fees in lieu of the application fee required by Sec. 5.235(d), recodified to 5.701 Water Code. Application for rate change, or sale, assignment or lease of Certificate of Public Conveyance and Necessity under Section 13.251 or water/sewer system under Section 13.301, must be accompanied by a fee based on the number of connections:
