Created 1993 by H.B. 2007, 73rd Leg., R.S. under Agriculture Code 13.304. Person may not inspect or test liquefied petroleum gas meters unless they hold a license. Application shall be submitted with annual license fee and renewal application must be accompanied by annual license renewal fee in amount established by Department rule. Amended by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. Repealed by H.B. 1494, 83rd Leg., R.S. Now under Revenue Object 3402 – Weighing and Measuring Device Service Licenses.
