Created 1977 by the 65th Leg. Agriculture Code 103.011. Additional annual license and renewal fees required of all license holders who sell vegetables and citrus fruit licensed under Chapter 101. Amounts are as provided by Department rule. A person registered as a cash dealer or a marketing association organized that handles citrus fruit only for its members is exempt from payment of the fee under this section. The fee is in addition to any licensing fee paid and is due at the time of making the license application. Amended by: S.B. 251, 74th Leg., R.S.; S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S.
