1937 by the 45th Leg. Agriculture Code 102.162. Each person applying for a marketing agreement or license to engage in intrastate marketing, processing, packing, shipping, handling or distribution of citrus fruits shall pay application and renewal fees as provided by Department rule. Amended by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. Oct. 2015, moved under subtitle Revenue Object 3400 – Business Fees – Agriculture – Perishable Commodities.
