Created 1975 by the 64th Leg. under Agriculture Code, secs. 112.004 and 113.004. The fee for registration as a public cotton classer was $5. Registration as a cotton buyer was $25 fee. H.B. 2501, 73rd Leg., R.S.  repealed Ch. 113 and S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. repealed Ch. 112.
