A florist or nursery owner must register each nursery, greenhouse, orchard, garden or other place distributing a florist item or nursery product. Application and annual renewal fees are set by the department. Inspection fees are set by the department if the inspection of items is required by foreign countries or other states. Nursery dealers or agents must pay registration and annual renewable fees as set by the department.
All late fees are set pursuant to § 12.024 of the Agriculture Code.
A florist or nursery owner or agent may pay additional amount of 15% of the application fee.
