Created 1993 by S.B. 976, 73rd Leg., R.S. under Agriculture Code 13.354. A person may not inspect or test ranch scales unless the person holds a license. Annual license and renewal fees in an amount established by Department rule shall be paid. Additional late fees may be charged when applicable. Amended by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S.
