Description


Fees charged for the regulation of bees and bee keeping equipment set by the Chief Apiary Inspector.

Fees for permit for interstate movement of bees or equipment in or out of the state are set in amounts to cover administration costs. Additional inspection fee of bees or equipment set to cover administrative costs at not less than $25 per inspection. Fee for beekeeping registration set in amount to cover administrative costs. Recording fee for a serial number (brand) to register equipment set to cover administrative costs but not less than 50 cents.
