Inspection fee of 15 cents per ton of commercial feed. The fee may be reduced or increased annually in increments of 1 cent to a maximum of 2 cents except it must be reduced by 1 cent increments when balance in the feed control fund exceeds 1/2 the projected operating expenses for the next fiscal year. Advance inspection fee of $100 per fiscal year credited toward first tonnage inspection fee. Advance fee of $25 per brand may be paid by persons who manufacture or distribute feed in individual containers of 5 pounds or less.
Inspection due before feed is offered for sale; fee at time of inspection.
