Department shall fix by rule and collect a fee for inspection of nursery products or florist items when inspection is required by foreign countries or other states for items exported from this state.
Department may charge a fee by department rule, for inspection required to move plants into or out of a quarantined area.
Fee due at time of inspection. Inspection due before starting business; then annually.
