Description


Effective July 1, 1994, a person may not perform mammography unless the mammography system used has been certified. Certification valid for 3 years. The Board shall collect annual fee in amounts necessary for administration. If certification holder fails to renew by required date, holder shall pay annual fee and a late fee set by Board. Holder may renew by filing application for renewal and paying annual fee before certification expires.
