To record fees for certification of medical radiological technologists. Fees are set by the advisory board by rule in amounts sufficient to cover costs of administration without the use of additional general revenue for application processing, examination, certificate issuance and registration.

Fees to renew expired certificates are between 1-1/2 to 2 times the normally required renewal fee.

Initial licenses fee was increased by $5 and renewal by $1, effective 9/1/2003 to fund the Office of Patient Protection within the Health Professions Council (364).

Administrative penalties may be assessed not to exceed $1,000 per violation per day. (collected under Revenue Object 3770)

Civil penalties may be assessed not to exceed $1,000 per violation per day. (collected under Revenue Object 3717)

Every two years.

Application fee is not refundable.
