Description


To record fees for permits to administer medication to a resident of a convalescent and nursing facility, a patient of a home health agency, or as a home health medication aide. Fees are set to recover administration.

A combined permit application and examination fee is no more than $25 and renewal permit application fee no more than $15.

Renewal expired 90 days or less is 1.5 times normal renewal fee. More than 90 days but less than 1 year is 2 times normal renewal fee. Expired over 1 year may not renew and must reapply.       

Initial licenses fee was increased by $5 and renewal by $1, effective 9/1/2003 to fund the Office of Patient Protection within the Health Professions Council (364).
