To record fees for regulating midwives. The commission shall set fees in amounts to cover costs of administration for licenses, renewals, examinations and other programs or activities for which a fee is authorized.

Fees to renew expired licenses are between 1-1/2 to 2 times the normally required renewal fee.

As determined by the department, not to exceed 2 years.
