Description


To record fees for the regulation of persons practicing perfusion in amounts set by the medical board to cover costs of administration. 

Fees to renew expired licenses are between 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 times the normally required renewal fee.

Initial licenses fee was increased by $5 and renewal by $1, effective 9/1/2003 to fund the Office of Patient Protection within the Health Professions Council (364).

Related Administrative and Civil Penalties

Administrative penalties may be assessed of not less than $50 and not more than $5,000 for each violation. Each day a violation continues or occurs is a separate violation. (collected under Revenue Object 3770).

Civil penalties may be assessed not to exceed $5,000 per day. (collected under Revenue Object 3717).
