Description

To record fees for regulating certified food managers at fixed and mobile retail establishments where food is prepared on-site for sale. The executive commissioner may adopt by rule the following fees:

  • Issuance and renewal of a food manager certificate not to exceed $35.
  • Examination fee not to exceed $10.

At time of exam, certification or renewal.
